📅 Schedule

Add shifts from day & week templates (mobile)

Apply Day and Week templates in the mobile schedule, allowing multiple shifts to be added at once for a selected day or week. Day and week templates allow admins to build schedules much faster, reduce repetitive work, and provide a more complete scheduling experience on mobile.

Duplicate single shift & change actions to long press (mobile)

We’ve updated the single-shift actions menu to open on long press instead of swipe, and added the ability to duplicate a shift (available in both list and day views). This creates a more intuitive and consistent experience, reduces accidental swipes, and makes it faster for admins to create similar shifts, saving time when building schedules on mobile.

🕒 Time Clock

Daily totals columns in the Timesheets tab

This new overview adds daily columns for each weekday, giving full visibility across all employees without opening individual timesheets. For each employee and day, admins can see worked hours, no work recorded, timesheet issues that require action, or time off taken. This improvement gives managers real-time visibility into attendance during the workweek, making it easier to spot issues early and review the entire week at a glance instead of waiting until the pay period ends.

Auto clock out from fence for NFC clock ins

When an employee clocks in using an NFC device and then exits the geofence, they will be automatically clocked out, as long as auto clock-out from geofence is enabled in the settings, reducing time theft, preventing over-reporting of hours, and save labor costs.

Attendance filters in the mobile app

Attendance filters are now supported in the mobile app under Admin tab → Time Clock → Today.
Admins can quickly view who is: running late, currently clocked in, on time off, and more, for faster and easier to access on the go

E-Sign for U.S. Government Documents

Starting with U.S. government IRS documents : W4, W9, and I9, now available under Documents, allowing employees to complete and sign official government forms directly within Connecteam.

Projected sales data

Companies can now add projected sales data to the Sales vs. Labor Report, either manually or via import. This enables more accurate staffing planning based on expected sales. By showing projected labor percentage and sales variance, managers can spot gaps early and adjust schedules to stay balanced and profitable.

Switch between accounts on PC

Switching between accounts was previously supported only on mobile, it’s now available on desktop as well!
