π Schedule
Add Projected Sales and Projected Labor % to the scheduling insights, allowing dispatchers to compare planned staffing costs against expected revenue directly within the schedule view. While actual labor costs provide visibility into what already happened, projected sales and projected labor % enable forward-looking decision-making. By aligning scheduled labor with expected revenue, dispatchers can proactively optimize staffing, control costs, and ensure schedules are financially aligned before the day begins.

bulk delete shifts in the mobile admin schedule. Admins can long-press a shift to open the action menu, click on βSelectβ, then select multiple shifts, and delete them in a single action (available both in List View and Day View).

π Time Clock
The Clock In button is now accessible directly from the mobile feed, making it easier and faster for users to clock in.

Daily total worked hours in the Timesheets tab are now displayed with a color scale, based on the standard hours defined in Time Clock settings. Each hour range is represented by a different color intensity, making it easy to quickly identify when employees worked more or fewer hours than expected while reviewing timesheets. The color scale provides a quick visual overview of worked hours, helping managers:

A new setting is now available in Time Clock settings that allows admins to control whether admin approval is required when employees clock out from a different device after an NFC clock-in. When enabled, any clock-out performed from a device other than the NFC clock-in device (for example, mobile or desktop) will require admin approval.

Easily track payroll exports directly from the Timesheets tab. New columns (and filters) provide visibility into export status: Export Status β shows whether the timesheet was exported, Export Date & Time β shows when the export occurred, Exported By β shows which admin performed the export. These columns appear only when an automated payroll integration is enabled (formatted exports are not supported). Managing payroll exports is now clearer and more transparent, With better visibility into export status and history.

The widget provides an instant overview of workforce status, allowing admins to quickly see Who is currently clocked in, running late, absent, etc.

π Forms
When enabled, submissions are automatically organized into intuitive time-based groups: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, and Past Dates.
This allows admins to quickly review recent activity and easily spot missing submissions without manually scanning the entire table.

Admins can now receive real-time Chat messages in the mobile app whenever a new form is submitted, alongside existing email notifications.
Instead of push notifications, submissions are now delivered directly through Chat, including a direct link for quick access and faster follow-up on the go.
