Define a minimum number of worked hours employees must complete during an accrual cycle to earn time off balances.
This helps ensure time off is accrued fairly and accurately reflects the actual time worked.
🌴 Time Off
Time Off policies that earn per hour can now calculate accruals based on configurable cycles, such as weekly or monthly periods.
Instead of granting balances immediately, accruals are calculated based on total hours worked during the selected cycle for more accurate policy management.
