September 2026 Product Releases
✍️ Documents
Signing Order (Multiple Signers)
You can now define exactly who needs to complete a document, assign specific fields to individual roles, and control the sequence in which signers receive access. For multi-step workflows like onboarding or approvals, documents move automatically from one person to the next—for example, an employee completes their section before a manager signs off. This creates a clear, controlled process, reduces errors, and ensures documents are only completed when every step is filled in.

🗓️ Schedule
Swap Shifts
Introducing Shift Swap, an easier way for employees to request direct 1-to-1 shift exchanges with their colleagues. Once both employees agree, the swap completes automatically or is routed to an admin for approval, depending on your Schedule settings. This gives your team greater flexibility while helping keep shifts fully covered.

🗓️ Schedule
Regular Working Hours: Multiple Ranges Per Day
You can now define multiple working-hour ranges within a single day under Regular Working Hours. Perfect for employees with split shifts or non-continuous schedules, this update lets admins accurately reflect real working patterns, improve schedule precision, and ensure availability settings match how your team actually works.

⏰ Time Clock
Manual Breaks - Flexible Settings
Manual break rules are no longer limited to recurring time intervals. You can now toggle between Recurring mode ("30 min every X hours") and a new Threshold mode. Threshold mode lets you set stacked break tiers based on worked shift time—for example, requiring a 30-minute break after 6 hours, and a second 30-minute break after 10 hours. This gives you total control to enforce one-off breaks or scale break requirements as shifts grow longer.

⏰ Time Clock
Auto-End Paid Breaks
Take control over unended breaks and prevent payroll leakage. Admins can now configure automatic actions for when an employee forgets to end a manual paid break once its duration is reached. You can choose to automatically clock the employee out of their shift or transition them into an unpaid break. Employees receive an instant push notification and chat alert with a one-tap action to clock back in, keeping timesheets accurate without relying on manual follow-ups.

⏰ Time Clock
Timesheet Issues on Mobile
Employees can now view clear, itemized details of timesheet issues—such as auto clock-outs or schedule conflicts—directly inside their daily timesheet on mobile. Previously, users would see a red alert icon on their main feed without context on what went wrong. SURFACING specific issue explanations alongside their time entries gives employees immediate clarity so they can understand and resolve timesheet discrepancies faster.

⏰ Time Clock
Empty Working Day Issues
Admins can now surface empty expected workdays directly as Timesheet Issues, ensuring that missing punches or unreported absences are caught before payroll runs. The system identifies expected work days sequentially using assigned shifts, Regular Working Hours, or Time Clock Work Days & Hours. Turned off by default in Timesheet Issues settings, this feature gives admins full visibility when an employee has no logged hours or time off on a scheduled day, preventing costly gaps in your timesheets.

🎓 Onboarding
Assign Onboarding Items to Admins
When configuring an onboarding pack, you can now assign specific task responsibilities to individual admins. This helps divide onboarding duties across staff members, establishes clear ownership, and eliminates unnecessary coordination. Admins can also use the new "My items only" and "Incomplete only" toggles to filter out noise and focus strictly on the tasks that require their attention.

💬 Chat & Communication
Quick Chats with Schedule Attributes
Broadcast messages just got smarter. Admins can now instantly create broadcast chats targeting employees based on their real-time work status—such as reaching everyone scheduled to work today or tomorrow—without manually building recipient lists. This allows managers to send time-sensitive updates, address shift changes, and broadcast operational announcements to the right audience in seconds.

📊 Reports & Analytics
Breaks Exceptions Report
A new Breaks Exceptions report gives admins a centralized export of all break compliance issues and premium payment calculations across the organization. Instead of reviewing timesheets individually, payroll, operations, and HR teams can export comprehensive data from a single source to reconcile break premiums, track recurring compliance trends, and prepare for audits with full transparency.
🗓️ Schedule
Breaks Policy Per User
Break rules are no longer tied to the time clock—they are now managed at the individual user level. You can assign personalized break policies based on an employee’s role, age, or local labor laws, and set effective dates so new policies kick in right on time. This eliminates the need to maintain multiple time clocks just to enforce different break entitlements across your team.
